Formative evaluation timeline

June 2, 2014 Work with L&D Senior Director to identify learners and begin
preparation for small group evaluation
June 3, 2014 Schedule small group evaluation
June 4, 2014 Conduct small group evaluation with 10 learners
June 5-6, 2014 Analyze feedback provided from learners
June 9-26, 2014 Revise training based on the feedback provided by the small group
June 16, 2014 Identify and schedule participants for field test
July 1-3, 2014 Conduct field test
July 7-31, 2014 Make adjustments to the training based on the results of the field test

summative evaluation
August 5-8, 2014 Develop evaluation tools
August 6, 2014 Schedule onboarding session for the new hires
August 11, 2014 Conduct company overview training with the new hires
August 12-15, 2014 Analyze results of summative evaluation
August 18-29, 2014 Make final revisions to the training

January 17, 2015 Share results with Director of Human Resources and Senior Director
of Learning & Development and determine if program is worth
keeping
