THE EAGLES NEST
Here at George Washington High
School, it is my passion as a
professional chef instructor to
share my knowledge, creativity, and
exemplary skill to my budding
chefs, and develop their food
awareness and imagination. This
will enable them to apply these
qualities and interests towards a
successful career within the
evolving world of Culinary Arts.
In GWHS Culinary Arts, students
become exposed to skills
development, food safety,
appreciation for global cuisine,
nutrition and etiquette. These
responsibilities are practiced by our
students during food production
classes that are conducted daily.
Applying these skills will also help
create the foundation needed to
develop a students interest in a
rewarding career in the hospitality
industry.
We welcome any suggestions that
will enhance your dining
experience and increase the
students learning
exposure.
