Experience
06/2014 to 08/2014 Glass Pavillion - Waiter (Omni Hotels)
I typically served in the early mornings, taking orders at around 6:30 A.M.
Servers each had 8-12 table sections which got pretty hectic at times. This
required a good memory, quick feet, and the ability to prioritize and juggle
different objectives. The most satisfying feeling was when a customer told
me I made their graduation, birthday, anniversary, or honeymoon so much
more enjoyable. I was even allowed to surprise guests with a cake from
room service, or soup (feeling ill), after they ate and told me of such
circumstances.

08/2013 to 05/2014 Expo
Food prepping, and food running describe Expo the fastest. I followed a
system of numbers to make sure servers never had to question where a
plate of food went. I hand made all of the food decorations, and made the
sauces we used daily. Detail was of the importance, and shoulder strength
to carry the heavy trays for a full shift. I also Barbacked and Bussed on
other days.

06/2009 to 12/2011 H-E-B - Cashier
I started working here as a bagger. I eventually got promoted to cashier,
then helped out the Produce, and General Merchandise departments.
Friendly customer service was a requirement, and smiling was appreciated.
Besides the money exchange of the cashier role, I would say my position
never really changed. I aided the customer with their shopping to ensure
smoothness, and as a bagger I helped them put the groceries in their car. It
was a very positive environment and holds some of my greatest memories
as a rst job.
