Gentlemen:
We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal to render PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES for the
above-captioned project. The project is a 37-storey mixed use condominium building with 1 basement and the
expected completion period would be thirty six (36) calendar months. The complete services envisioned to be
undertaken for the supervision and management of the entire work is stipulated in ANNEX A - Scope of Project
Management Services, giving special emphasis on the provision for manpower requirements (see Item 3 below).
