Harvest Time
At this time of year our
thoughts turn toward harvesting
crops and the coming winter. We
hurry about finishing outdoor
projects before we are forced
indoors for the next months.
Jesus wanted His disciples to
always be looking for people
(fields) that were ready (ripe) to
hear and believe the Good
News. So many times we just
see people as part of the
scenery of our lives, not as
human souls in need of a Savior
to bring completion.

As we move through the

coming holiday season, we have
the opportunity to see others
with Jesus eyes and to be His
workers in the harvest fields.
Thanksgiving Harvest Offering
Each year at this time we reflect
on how God has blessed our
lives. As a church we are
creating ways to celebrate His
goodness to us (read back
page) and one of those ways is
through generous giving. We are
invited to give cheerfully, no
matter the amount.
