1.
Should have experience of handling multiple projects, approx value of all
projects put together should be circa 1 Bn+
2.
Should have worked on projects like high-rise commercial and residential
towers (40 floors minimum), airports (airport buildings and hangars), hospitals
(400 beds), malls, mixed use projects.
3.
Should have worked in UAE with a construction contracting company for at
least 10 yrs (latest 10 yrs)
