Purpose of the Job
Accountable for :
- Leading S&P TT to Bangalore, pulling Software, Product responsibility to
Bangalore
- Ensuring TT processes and tools are standardised and deployed
- Ensuring REX across TT from DCs
- Ensuring preparation and implementation of TT strategy in line with Global
guidelines
- Developing Network of TT Stakeholders across DCs and TIS Central

Mission
Objectives
- To drive, co-ordinate and support TT to Bangalore from various DCs
- To propose and implement TT strategy
- To Manage TT Process Governance
- To ensure TT common way of working and use of the TT best practice
- To develop and maintain database on TT
- To create & maintain TT Measurement Dashboard
-To Assist Bangalore DC Director in Operational Responsibilities & Governance

All TT activities in budget
Working by Global Collaboration WOW
Operational Effectiveness in BDC in areas requested.
Responsibilities
To support and co-ordinate TT to Bangalore across S&P DCs / Metiers.
To ensure TT Collaboration WOW
To ensure use of Best Practices in TT across DCs
To leverage good practices from other Product Lines, competitors.
To deploy common TT database and guidelines for TT
To maintain the TT Reference Library by REX
To Participate to strategic TT plan upon request
To Promote TT and Participate to TT development outside S&P upon request.

Ansaldo,CTS,E2E,Astkins,Thales
