    disagree to charges on me in SF5 NO.E/DAR/308/SF5/DOM(G)/09/ 14/04-04 as I have
    properly given my medical certificate of illness on time.
    My health is still not good, I am till now recovering
    from illness. As soon as I become fit for duty, I will appear before the inquiring authority and
    provide my defense.
    So, Kindly give me some time to get well and provide clear defense in front of inquiring
    authority.
