Lamb souvlakia with Greek salad,

tzatziki and pita bread


Ingredients:

2 lamb souvlakia
Salt
Oregano
Paprika
Lemon
3 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
250ml Greek Yogurt
Olive oil
White vinegar
1 onion
Feta
Olives
Oregano
1 pita bread

Method:
Souvlakia1. Add salt paprika and oregano to souvlakia
2. Place in griller and cook for ten minutes either side
Greek Salad1. Cut two tomatoes into wedges, cut two cucumbers into slices
2. Cut half an onion into thin slices and the feta into cubes
3. Place all ingredients into a bowel and add olives
4. Season with Oregano, Pepper, Olive Oil and Salt
Tzatziki1. Empty Greek style yogurt into a bowel
2. Peel and grate one Lebanese cucumber into a separate bowl squeezing out juices and keeping
the cucumber only
3. Crush two garlic cloves and then mix all ingredients together and include olive oil and vinegar
Pita Bread1. Spray the pita bread with olive oil and place into griller for 30 seconds either side
2. Once cooked take it out and cut into pieces of triangles and place on serving dish
