Ingredients

250g of spaghetti pasta


Salt and pepper to taste
cup of grated cheese
a bottle of Italian tomato sauce
2 tablespoon of olive oil
150g of lean beef mince
Basil leaves to serve

Utensils
2 Pots
Tablespoons
Knives
Measuring cups
Stirring spoon
Colander
Serving plate

Method
I.

Add two tablespoons of olive oil in non-stick pan and add some basil to stir fry for a
few minutes. Put the heat on medium.

Add a bottle of tomato sauce, teaspoon of salt and 1 cup pf water. Put the heat
up to a boil and wait

When it starts to boil add the meatballs, let it cook al little before putting lid on.
Continuously check. Cook meatballs until light brown, stir them.

Put the pot on the stove and boil water. Add the spaghetti and a teaspoon of salt
stir until al dente. Then taste. Cook for 8 mins before checking.

Drain the pasta and add it back to the pot. Put a bit of sauce on the pasta in the pot.
Scoop onto plate, drizzle some more sauce and meatballs. Add basil leaves and
cheese for presentation

Serve. Enjoy!
