Method

Step 1: Combine Portuguese chicken seasoning, oil and lemon juice


in a shallow, ceramic dish and mix.

Step 2: Place chicken between two sheets of baking paper and


pound with meat mallet until 1cm thick.
Step 3: Add chicken turn and coat overnight.
Step 4: Combine mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce, mix, cover and
refrigerate.
Step 5: Preheat fry pan with olive oil.
Step 6: Remove chicken from marinade.
Step 7: Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 8: Butter roll.

Step 9: Place salad leaves and tomato slices.


Step 10: Place chicken on top and then cheese to melt on top of the
chicken.
Step 11: Top with mayonnaise mixture, season with salt and pepper
and top with bread roll.
Step 12: Mix salad leaves, olives, squared cucumber, cherry
tomatoes and salad dressing together next to burger.
Step 13: Display and make it look presentable using a toothpick or
small skewer to hold together.
