2 Tsp Olive Oil
Tsp Sugar
Tsp Salt
Tsp Yeast
Cup Water

Instruction
Preheat oven to 250oC
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. And mix.
Once the mix is a dough, even it out into 4 pieces
Flatten the 4 pieces into even circles.
Sprinkle the Zaatar mix over each circle, should be enough to

cover most of the circle.


Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Pull out, and serve.
