Justification for grade awarded:

This unit really should have been complete by now and given the amount of support available to
you there are not really any valid excuses for this. Unless the work rate picks up you are in
serious danger of failing this course, which is a shame, as you have the ability if you apply
yourself.
Targets for improvement:
1.1 - The floor flow plan needs to be amended slightly to identify the in and out flow of the wires
from the mixing desk.
The timescale for setting up is realistic, but where is the order in which equipment needs to
be set up and the list of musicians and their requirements?
The Risk Assessment you have completed contains some serious mistakes that do not
demonstrate even a basic understanding of this activity. Please complete instead a Health &
Safety checklist that is a list of rules of safe working practices in this field and how to care
appropriately for equipment.
