Introduction
Objective of study
The objectives of study are 1) to understand and analysis the major impact peer review in
human resource management.2) The examines the history of peer review professional peer
review and scholarly peer review 3) find out the criticism and govt policies and , improvement
on study.

Scope of the study


The research project aims to contribute the existing knowledge in the field of the human
resource management.regarding the peer review a effective methods to enhance performance of
employee.

Literature review
The study covers the review and analysis of available information and literature to
understand the concept of and study of human resource management

Hypothesis
The study is based on the hypothesis that the peer review strategies is effective,the human
resource management in enhancing the performance of the employees.

Research methodology
The research methodology used is, the review and analyze of the literature and available
sources on Wikipedia, business journals is collected of secondary information. Various sources
and information has been analyzed to collect the regarding information.

Study plan
The study plan has been designed under the five different chapters . the study plan is begin with
the 1st chapter introduction of study. 2nd chapter begin with history of peer review. 3rd chapter

begin with professional peer review and scholarly peer review. 4th chapter with criticism of peer
review . and improvement efforts And government policies on peer review. 5th chapter with
conclusion.

1) Period of study
Duration for completion of research was 4 weeks.

2) Area of the study


The subject regarding to human resource management . peer review strategies which
enhance the capability of employees is comes under the human resource management .
which is universal concept in nature.

Limitation of the study


The study is mainly based on the literature and secondary sources of methodology available so, it
is obviously has the limitation of secondary sources. The analysis incorporated in the study
bears the limitation of the respective information.
