Address by Chairperson

The Chairperson called the meeting to order at 8.30 p.m. and thanked the
committee members for being present. He mentioned that the purpose of this meeting
is for our committee to present about the actual ideas.

Confirmation of Minutes

Minutes of the previous meeting held on 28 September 2014 having been

circulated earlier were adopted, proposed by Mohamad Ruzaizul bin Ramlan and
seconded by Nurul Hatun binti Ab Sukor.
