then double click the file

after open the file Go to the side then click file and click open.Now search the picture
after finish click open

you can get this picture n then use the rectangular toll use (M) and feather 30,make
rectangular cover 80% of flag like image.

Step 3

Click Filter > Distort > Wave.set up like the picture below or to suit your images and
according to your own tastes to hesrt fluttered flags appeared.

STEP 4

Then click Ok.
