MT Is Accepting a New Challenge

One of Main Tools key customer approached us early August with a great
challenge. They wanted double of their normal demand with half of the leadtime. After a few days reviewing our capacity, processes and making sure we
would not impact our delivery to
other key customers we accepted
to take on the challenge. On
August 21st the team decided to
have Jon Schmidt and David
DesJardins work during the
second shift and Jeff Wozniak,

Aluminum, Casting &

Steel., Stainless &

Travis Blackwell and Dean Obst

work during the first shift. The

plastics

& plating

team is meeting on daily basis to review how we are doing compare to the
plan and they are making adjustments to hit the daily production plan. Thank
you all for accepting this challenge and lets make some chips.
