Silver Team
(45 min workout)
Goals:
Correct arms and kicks
Best effort on last set by using tips I give throughout
Warm Up:
100 Choice
Practice:
8x25 Two of each stroke
50 Anything!
8x25 Kick. Two of each stroke
50 Anything!
100 I.M. Best effort
Cool Down:
100 Choice

Gold Team
(1 hour workout)
Goals:
Correct arms and kicks
Best effort on last set by using tips I give throughout practice

Warm Up:
200 Choice
Practice:
8x50 Two of each stroke
8x50 Kick. Two of each
50 Anything!
100 I.M. Best effort
Cool Down:
100 Choice

Platinum Team
(1 hour practice)
Goals:
Using the pace clock correctly
Correct hands and good streamlines on the turns
Descend 1 to 3 with fastest time on last
Warm Up:
200 Choice
Practice:
8x50 Easy, hard by 50s. Two of each stroke. 20 seconds rest
8x50 Kick. Easy, hard by 50s. Two of each stroke. 20 seconds rest
6 I.M turns. 2 of each.
3x 100 I.M. Descend 1 to 3. Last one all out. 30 seconds rest (timed)
Repeat last I.M. for anyone who did not make their fastest time.
Cool Down:
100 Choice
