true verdict based on the evidence was NOT guilty. To be clear, | understand and am not denying that on
10 October 2014, days prior to revealing the verdict, | replied “yes” when questioned by the court. 'm
also fully aware that my signature ison the verdict form, However, | am stating that “gulty” for count six
(on 14 October 2014 was not my true verdict. | am not writing this with the intent of changing the
decision unless that opportunity is granted by the court. 'm simply writing to inform you. I apologize for

Jam making this affidavit on my behalf, under no influence or anything,
My verdict on October 14,2014 was not my true verdict. If would have been asked in
open court that day if it was my verdict { would have said no.
On October 10,2014, days prior to revealing the verdict, I replied “ yes” when questioned
by the court. I also signed the verdict form. However, I am stating that “ guilty” for count
six was not my true verdict,
