Dear Sir:
My name is Howida Moustafa; I am graduate Student at the College of Education in the
Department of Curriculum and Instructions at Kansas State University. I expected to
finish my master degree by the end of 2014. I graduated with a master degree in Teaching
English as a Foreign Language from the Department of Modern Language (MLANG),
Kansas State University (KSU), Manhattan, KS, USA in 2012. I also had a bachelor in
accounting from the college of business, Cairo University, Egypt in 1997. I live in Spring
Grove, PA and previously I used to live in Manhattan, KS for 5 years with my husband
and kids. My husband is a professor of nuclear engineering and Nanotechnology at
Zewail City of Science and Technology, Egypt. Before, he used to work at the
department mechanical and nuclear engineering at KSU. Before joining KSU, I used to
work as a substitute teacher at Hillsboro School District, Hillsboro, Oregon, USA during
my husband work at Intel Corporation from 2005-2009. Before moving to Portland,
Oregon. I worked as a teacher at the Madison Islamic Summer School, Madison,
Wisconsin, USA while my husband was studying for his PhD in nuclear engineering at
University of Wisconsin Madison, USA from 1999 to 2005.
I completed my Bachelor degree in Business from Cairo University in 1997. After
graduation, I moved to USA to accompany my husband during his graduate studies.
I have extensive teaching experience for K-12 students as well as adults in during
my graduate study at KSU. At KSU I taught lectures for undergraduate students in the
English Language Program ELP as part of my practical training for the Master degree.
I believe that my work experience makes me a strong candidate for the position at your
