Teacher Development Goal(s):
Create a SMART Goal that is grounded in the standards of Instructional Practice within the Nevada Educators Performance
Framework. Goals should be focused on the development of the teachers instructional practice; these are not student outcome
goals.
1. (At least one related to improving student learning: During 2014 -2015 school year, monthly student groups will present a
recently learned concept, aligned to the how students learn, that had recently been taught to the class as a whole.
2. (At least one related to improving your own professional practice regarding student learning):
school year, interventions will occur once a month. An example of self-monitoring will be the BAM process.
