Pupils took part in a 2-day leadership & teambuilding, outdoor activities course with Dragonfly on Lantau Island,
Hong Kong. Pupils participated (and took turns leading) in the activities listed above having to deal with a variety
of conflicts including injuries, upset pupils, refusals to participate, disagreements, power struggles, limitations to
senses, meeting individual pupil needs etc.

For P4, the student was able to demonstrate their skills and qualities in leading a team in the practical implementation of a plan
to meet a specified aim. Learners must demonstrate that they are leading the team to a specific plan to meet a specified aim. All
teams contained more than five people and received a correct brief and debrief.
For M3, the student showed higher level skills in effective command and control techniques when leading the team. The student
was able to demonstrate critical and creative thinking as a team leader.

Learners comments
I am very pleased with what grades I got. I think that I could have improved in confidence and speaking up more
though, this would have increased my involvement and I would have gotten a bit more out of the trip.
