WHAT ARE PALINDROMES?


The Greek word palindromos means running backwards. A word, sentence or number that reads the
same backwards as forwards is called a palindrome.

TASK 1

Palindromic words
The name Glenelg is a palindrome.
Write down as many palindromic words as you can think of.
