Orientation
Take this class before taking any others . This class teaches you the basics that you need. for the other classes take
it once and then take the rest!
Athletic
Classes are designed to condition athletes from any sport
to improve speed, vertical jump, explosiveness, athletic
conditioning, and core strength. Athletes ages 10 & up
through to professionals will benefit from this training.
This class is considered "off-season" conditioning, so it
should be done at a time of year when the individual can
attend 2-3 times a week to achieve the best results. The
class atmosphere allows athletes to train up to their potential with other like-minded individuals. Jump Stretch
Athletic Training Classes last one hour and are held 6 days
a week, with different times to choose from. The intensity
level of this class is high, and there will be a jumping component. A one-time Orientation Class is required for new
members before participating in this class.
