    To gain experience through a 700 hour internship at a bakery or food service establishment. As a
    second-year student I have discovered my passion for cake decorating and pastry production through
    my classes, as well as a past 6 month internship of working in a bakery. I am excited to continue my
    education as I transition into another internship.
