the work area starting with:
Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
The basic purpose of 5S is to implement a
roadmap for the elimination of waste that
results from poorly or inefficient work
areas.

BOTTLENECK ANALYSIS
is used to identify the weakest link in the manufacturing
process which limits the overall through put and
improve the performance for that part.

CONTINUOUS FLOW MANUFACTURING


represents a strategy for organizing the work area starting with:
Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
The basic purpose of 5S is to implement a roadmap
