VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

EBPEARLS is an offshore IT company located at Kupondole, Lalitpur and with offices at Sydney and
London. With 100+ technical employees, we develop and design websites, web applications, mobile
applications (IoS and Android) and desktop applications. We are looking for energetic, proactive
and diligent Asst. Project Managers who can understand and deliver projects successfully.
Job Description
Understand project requirement document and prepare initial project proposal
Communicate with the clients throughout the project development
Estimate the time and resource required for the project
Analyze risk for the project, and plan for its mitigation
Work closely with the team leaders for project planning and breakdown into tasks and sub
tasks
Monitor and track the projects for assuring timely delivery of quality project
Assure the quality control of the project through quality analysts
Ensure the use of project management system by the project members for project reporting
Document the project in the form of project proposal, storyboard, project status/progress
report, project closure report and project compilation report with thorough analysis.
Conduct daily meetings with team leader, programmers, designers and quality analysts to
track the project and plan for the day, and prepare meeting minutes
Evaluate the performance of the project members regularly, in companys format
Ensure the development of the employees through on-the-job training or specific training,
and coordinate with HR & Admin Manager to conduct such trainings
Any other tasks as assigned by Project Manager, Engineering Manager or Director
Requirements
Masters degree in Computer related areas or MBA (preferably with specialization in Project
Management)
Experience in similar position will be an added advantage
Experience as programmer will be highly preferred
Excellent zeal towards learning and re-learning
