practice.
Social workers are informed, resourceful, and
proactive in responding to evolving organizational,
community, and societal contexts at all levels of
practice. Social workers recognize that the
context of practice is dynamic, and use knowledge
and skill to respond proactively.

Our agency and Adult

Services team is very
aware of the growing
population in general of
our county and more
particularly the growing
proportion of older adults
who are one of the main
populations we serve.

Provide leadership in
promoting sustainable
changes in service
delivery and practice to
improve the quality of
social services.

The Adult Services team is

adopting a new paperless
technology which will
allow social workers to fill
out forms more efficiently
in the field using iPads
and reduce waste and
spending on paper.
