Guidelines for BORINQUENEERS IPMS monthly reunions: (Spanish version follows)

1. We expect respect and cordiality with all fellow members, just as we wish to be
treated ourselves.
2. Listen and respect different points of view. Do not lose your calm because you
dont agree! Keep open to hear constructive suggestions. We are all here to learn
and help our colleagues, not to make rivalries.
3. Try to stay within the issues at the meeting, we take one day a month for this,
focus all his energy and devotion to it.
4. No young children in meetings unless modelers participating. The group does not
have accident insurance for these meetings and we dont want to make any fellow
member responsible for emergencies that may occur. We wish to avoid unwanted
situations and that we can focus entirely on the meeting.
5. No alcohol, drinks, beer or any kind of intoxicating beverage, avoid bringing it to
meetings.
6. Cooperation. We are a small group; try to cooperate by providing with what is
requested at each meeting.
7. Has a fellow interested? Take it to the reunion! We need to grow and this is the
only way we can.
8. The quota. If anyone thinks that the fee is too high or you cant pay the amount
suggested, bring your concerns and we discussed. We are not a bank, and we will
not travel to Disney with your money. It covers our annual Model Expo and other
expenses related to the club. (Website, awards, equipment rental, etc.)
This list can change and improve with your suggestions, if you have any ideas or
comments do not hesitate to write.

Guas para las reuniones mensuales de IPMS BORINQUENEERS:

1. Esperamos respecto y cordialidad con todos los compaeros igual como

deseamos nos traten a nosotros.

2. Escuchar y respectar diferentes puntos de vista. No pierda su calma

por que no esta deacuerdo! sepa escuchar sugerencias constructivas.Estamos todos
para aprender y ayudar a nuestros colegas, no para hacer rivalidades.

3. Procure mantenerse dentro de los temas relacionados a la reunion,

sacamos un dia al mes para esto, enfoque toda su energia y devocion en ello.

4. No ninos pequenos en las reuniones, a menos que sean modelistas participando.

El grupo no cuenta con un seguro por accidente para estas reuniones y tampoco
queremos hacer responsable a el companero que preste su hogar para las mismas
por emergencias que puedan ocurrir por negiglencia con menores. Deseamos poder
evitar situaciones indeseadas y que nuestro enfoque entero sea en la reunion.

5. No bebidas alcoholicas.Entiendase cervezas y cualquier tipo debebida

embriagante, evite traerla a las reuniones.

6. Cooperacion. Somos un grupo pequeno, trate de cooperar aportando con lo que

se solicita en cada reunion.

7. Tiene un companeros interesado? llevelo a la reunion! Necesitamos crecer y solo

asi se puede.

8. La cuota. Si alguien piensa que la cuota es muy alta o que no puede pagar la
cantidad sugeridad, traiga su inquietud y la dialogamos. No somos un
Banco,tampoco vamos a viajar a disney a costilla de esta cuota. La misma cubre
nuestro evento anual y otros gastos relacionado al club.(website, premios, alquiler
de equipo, etc)

Esta lista puede cambiar y mejorar con sus sugerencias, si tiene alguna idea o
