TEXTILE DESIGNING

India, besides being a leading manufacturer of the oldest known

textile in the world, cotton, is also one of the largest producers of
silk and a pioneer in indigo dyeing. It has a rich heritage of Textiles
with each state having its treasure of distinct styles of prints,
designs, embroideries and textiles. This course is specially designed
to develop the senses of color, design and beauty in the students.
Those who qualify for the Diploma will get well paid jobs in textile
mills, export houses, etc. The students can also work as free lance
textile designers and printers.
