DSR on the move.


Daily Sales Report is built on SMS @ work platform.
It tracks number of calls made by account manager in a
day.
It gives time when the calls were made, time of a call,
location of call, type of a call etc.
This tool can be viewed by immediate manager, Sales Head
and Enterprise Head.
This tool can also be used to claim conveyance by account
managers.

Current Situation.
Team needed a mobile application for the DSR.
Account Managers were expected to fill DSR on daily basis
but the same was not followed religiously. DSR were only filled
on the weekend and there was no updated information on their
daily call analysis.
Area Managers had on-line information of their call activity.

Reviews were only done on weekly or fortnightly basis.


The solution had to be effective and economical
