5. Purpose

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss

6. Membership

We need to reengage members who cannot make meetings on a regular basis.

One way we can do this is to put up short posts on Facebook, detailing the main points
discussed during the meeting.
One option discussed was to create a Dropbox account for the club itself and pay the
monthly, and another was to convert to Google drive, which has viewer permissions.
It was decided that we would convert to Google drive.

6. Projects

Relay for Life

o We havent found enough members to create our own team. Therefore, it was
decided that those members who wish to participate would join Emily McDonalds
group. Money raised from Attack on Titan will be donated to Emilys team in our
stead.

Eeshwar will need to bring in the certificates so that they can be signed.
Natalie Meier has officially become the Club Webmaster.
Wilhelm will change the colour of the logo to a brighter yellow for the business cards
