right hand side and click layers which opens the side menu (seen on my screen). To create a new layer you click on the second icon in on the bottom right hand side. This automatically brings up and new layer, all thats left to do is double click on it so you can rename it you help you remember what you have done on each layer.
Writing On Paths:
To write on a path you use the pencil or pen tool to
draw your path. You then click and hold down on the text icon and select type on a path tool. You then click at the top of your path, and it then allows you to start typing and you text follows the line of the path you drew.
Wrapping Text:
In order to wrap text around an image you have
placed you have to click on the text tool and draw the box where you want the text to go (text box must go over the image in order to wrap around it). You then type your text out, once its complete you go up to the window drop down menu and select text wrap this the brings up a box which allows you to select how far away you want it to be from the image and in what sort of style.
