How Kidney Filter our Bloodstream Experiment

(EXCRETORY SYSTEM)

Materials needed:
1. Two empty plastic bottles
2. Scissor
3. Twelve Coffee Filters
4. Clay
5. Pen
6. Ruler
7. Package Boxes
8. Funnel
9. Two empty container (small and big)
10. Plastic hose
11. Adhesive tape
12. Water
13. Food coloring
Procedure:
1. Using scissors, cut the empty bottles into two pieces.

2. On the half with the cap, remove the cap and put clay inside as the
cover.
3. Using pen, gently put a hole on the clay to make way for the plastic
tubes.
4. Cut two plastic tubes with 10 inches long.
5. Place the tube inside the clay and cover with adhesive tape to
remove any leak. Do it on the two bottles.
6. Cut the package box into 10 inch by 20 inch size and place the bottle
in it.
7. Arrange the two bottles upside down on the box and place 6 coffee
filters each.
8. Place the other end of the tube inside the funnel.
9. Mix the water and food coloring on a small empty container.
10. Place the big container beneath the funnel and pour the mixture on
the plastic bottle.
11. Observe what happen on the water the drops on the big container.
