Project plan:
I help with students who speaks Spanish, and other language with their homework and
assignments in English to those who has problems of understanding their assignments. In
addition I help students about events that Una Mano Amiga does to help students with
scholarship, Financial Aid, student works, and more. My days schedule will be Monday through
Friday and time schedule for Mondays 1:00p.m.-5:00p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:30p.m.5:00p.m., Wednesdays 12:00p.m.-5:00p.m., also I will plan to go on Fridays 2:30pm-8:00pm. I
will work one event Multicultural New Student Social where I will have an opportunity with
different culture group.

Personal Culture:
I am in three cultures, first American culture because I born in United States and raised
here. Second I have Venezuela culture because my mother is from Venezuela and third Latino
culture because I feel Spanish.

Culture Group(s):
While I was at Student Involvement Center there are different Cultures group such as,
Asians groups, Latino groups, Middle East group, African group, American group, and more
groups.

Challenges:
My challenges was that I am not an open person because it is hard for me to
communicate with people that I dont know, but this project helps me to break my comfort zone
that I was in.

Benefits:
This project helps me to break my comfort zone that I was in because I like to be alone
for I didnt have a lot friends. Now this project helps me to make new friends also I learn about
different cultures.
