LA/READING

We are at the end of Unit 1. Students will take the Unit 1 Assessment
on Thursday.

We will spend the next few days reviewing skills that will be assessed.

No new spelling or vocab list this week

Topic 3 Place Value test will be on Wednesday. Please see study guide
which is taped in math notebook

Famous Pennsylvanian Project*We will have time tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday) to work on projects.
Students should bring in anything they still need to work on.

*Dont forget to bring your special projects folder home every night and
back to school every day so you can work on the project at home and at
school.

Reminders

Halloween Party- Parade starts at 2, party to follow right after. All

parents/siblings are invited to join in the fun. Please remember that you have
to sign in at the front office if you are coming to the party. Also, if you plan to
take your child home early (after the party) please send in a note with your
child that morning.
Test Folders-will be sent home tomorrow. Please return ASAP
Conferences- I will be sending a sheet home tomorrow regarding
parent/teacher conferences. This will explain the procedure for signing up for
a date/time.
