Preparing a detail report and financial projection for client approval
Project managing the property acquisition by negotiation and liaison with vendors, agents,
conveyancers, surveyors and any other relevant parties
Appointing approved letting agents

Our Fee:
A flat fee of 2000 will be payable on signature of the Tenancy Agreement by the first tenant
subsequent to completion of the purchase.

Additional services available by separate negotiation:

Identifying required refurbishment works (if applicable) and estimating the cost of such works
Project managing the refurbishment works to ensure the timely completion of the works to an
agreed budget and standard of finish
On-going management of the property
