states or jurisdictions violates the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the
United States Constitution and this action is dismissed with prejudice.
The court having entered an order of dismissal as to Defendant Nimrata (Nikki) Randhawa Haleys on Eleventh
Amendment immunity grounds, it is further ordered and adjudged that Defendant Nimrata (Nikki) Randhawa Haley is
