2. It is submitted that I am presently ,working as superintendent of
service Tax, in Hosur I Division ,Hosur -635109.Further I am under
the orders of promotion as Assistant commissioner vide the orders
cited supra. In this connection,I wish to submit a few lines of my
family compelling and valid circumstances/ reasons for kind
consuideration of benign chief commissioner and requested for
deferment of my promotion as Asst.commissioner to next Dpc or for
a period of one year ,whichever is earlier.
3.My both daughters are studying in Hosur in B.E engineering and
plus two-second year (internediate course) respectively.My second
daughter has to apper for plus two public examination,shortly within
four months which is crucial and determining factor for her career
prospects .Futher,my wife is working in LIC of India in Hosur
Besides, I have undergone surgery in my left leg and am aged around
59 years and left with less than two years of remaining service before
reaching my superannuation.Furthermore, ours is a single family and I
am the only male member to look after my family at Hosur.Inview of
the above conditions.I could not go out of Hosur.
4.Under the above compelling family circumstances,I have left with
no choice than seeking deferment of my promotion as Assistant
commissioner.Therefore ,it is requested that my promotion as
Asst.commissioner may please be defered /postponed to next DPC or
for a period of one year whichever is earlier.
