This session provides an overview of all honor societies available

at Marcus High School and the requirements to induction. For
underclassmen, this allows students to set goals for entry and see
the importance of these organizations for their resumes.
For freshmen on the FHSP, this session will provide a review of the
endorsements as well as the terminology and options offered
through this program.

More Than a Teacher, a local test prep company, will talk about
the differences in each and the changes coming for the current
freshmen class.
The scholarship process can be daunting for any student or parent!
Erika Dietz from Academic Guru Advising gives helpful tips for
finding and applying for scholarships.
Debbie Nelson is a professional and parent with a passion for helping
young adults realize their full potential. This is an overview of the
college application process including options, admissions criteria,
planning resources and critical timing with an emphasis on what parents
can do throughout this process to encourage and support their children.

Its never too early to start thinking about funding for your childs
future educational needs. The Weiner group gives an introductory
seminar on strategies to college savings and funding.
