How does the business produce their

goods/services in general?
The business produce their goods (drink) in general :
1. They buy the materials from the distributor with a big quantity.
Usually they buy the materials once a month or when they are out
of the materials.
2. They make that innovation drinks by blending them. For example
blend a banana with chocolate, so its called Ice-Blended Choco
Banana

What are the processes involved in

producing the goods/services ready for
consumption?
1. Prepare the materials and equipments well.

What are the processes involved in

marketing the products/service?
1. The promotion through internet. Example : facebook, twitter
2. They also share/give brochures.
3. Make stands in important event. Example : Perform art at school

What is the business target market and

why?
The target are :
1. Teenagers
2. Students
3. Young couple

What are your recommendations?

1. Caians should add a new variants : cake, new flavour of the drinks,
etc.
2. The place should be well-arranged so that it will be more
comfortable.
3. Caians should open the new branch.
4. It should provide toilets.
5. And the service should be faster.
