Approximately 15,000 square feet of gross floor area devoted to retail uses
Approximately 225,000 square feet of gross floor area comprised of approximately 250 rental units
Minimum of 25 units set aside as affordable to households at 80% of area median income to meet
the overall housing goal of 20% affordability across the Master Plan
Minimum 120 underground parking spaces
Approximately 80 underground bike storage spaces
