    Subject: Regarding permission to attend the fourth spell of ME- Modular Program.
    Respected Sir,
    I have taken admission in ME- Modular Course in NITTT Chandigarh in session
    2013-14. The classes of third spell have been held from June 06, 2014 to July 10, 2014. The
    examination of third spell is scheduled on Dec 2nd & 4th 2014. After examination classes of
    fourth spell will commence and continue upto Jan 09, 2015. Therefore I need relaxation from
    college duties from Dec 01, 2015 to Jan 09, 2015
    Kindly grant my leave for the above mentioned period and adjust my winter
    vocation, CLs, COs and other applicable leave in this duration. I shall be highly obliged.
