    General conditions:
    1. Dimensional drawing indicating parts and their material of construction shall be
    sent for approval after receipt of order.
    2. ISRO representatives will inspect all valves prior to despatch
    3. The scope of inspection.
    a). Dimensional verification.
    b). Witness of shell & seat hydro test.
    4. Painting: Outer surface of the valve body, Gear unit & wheel shall be painted
    with epoxy paint ( Primer: Minimum 60 Microns and Finish coat: Minimum 40
    Microns)
    Total DFT of paint shall be 100 to 120 Microns.
    Paint Shade : Azure blue
    5. SS Tag numbering plates of Size 50mm x15mmx 1.5mm thick shall be riveted
    on valve body at a prominent location.
