Spaghetti with Sausage

ingredients

-400 grams of spaghetti


-1 package of sausage (hot dog) of 6 units
-1 tablespoon oil
-1 tablespoon butter
- cup dry white wine
-2 cups tomato sauce
- cup oil
-1 teaspoon sugar
-salt
-ground pepper
-Basil leaves
-150 grams of cheese (buttery soft) cubed
-Cut the sausages into pieces of about 2cm. Put in a pan with a little oil and
butter. Fry the sausage mixture and saut a little. Add the wine. Continue
cooking with high heat until the alcohol evaporates and then turn it off and
set aside.
Put a pan to heat and add a little olive oil, tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
Leave it until very hot. Remove and add pepper to taste and sausages

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until they are ready.
Drain and pour over the sauce along with a few tablespoons of the pasta
water to boil. Mix gently to the pasta with the sauce will permeate.
Served hot and spread over cheese cubes.
