3 Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Andrew King against the City

4 and County of San Francisco for $60,000; the lawsuit was filed on 10/31/03 in United

5 States District Court, Case No. C03-4879; entitled Andrew King v. City and County of

6 San Francisco, et al.

8 Be it ordained by the People of the City and County of San Francisco:

9 Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to settle the action entitled liKing, et

10 al., v. City and County of San Francisco, et aI., United States District Court, Court No. C03-

11 4879 by the payment of $60,000.

12 Section 2. The above-named action was filed in United States District Court on

13 10/31/03, and the following parties were named in the lawsuit: Andrew King, City and County

14 of San Francisco, Michael Toropovsky, Kevin Chin.
