Notes from FLTEd Executive Board phone meeting November 20, 2014 4:30pm

In attendance: Penny Cox, Mary Little, Sue Blanchard, Diana Morales joined later.

Constitutional Changes were overwhelmingly approved by virtual vote.

Current slate of officers have agreed to continue. Slate has been affirmed as proposed.
Mary and Sue will be present at State Teacher Leader Committee and will serve to communicate with
and from FLTEd.
Penny will send out interim message to membership re Constitution, Slate of Officers and information re
Certification.
