(i) What are the margins that the person gets from the company?

( approx)
(ii) Do they get any special incentives from the company?
(iii) Get details of any promotional schemes that the company ran from Sep '13 till now - How much did
the distributor have to spend for this? Did the company provide them any reward/incentive for this? ( like
gift, discount etc)
(iv) What is their monthly turnover (value of stock sold)? (MUST GET FOR FULL PERIOD - Sep'13 to
Sep'14) ( monthly sell)
(v) Do they own all the property that they operate from? (Office, Warehouse, Vehicles)
(vi) If they don't own - What is the rent that they are paying?
(vii) For vehicles - if it's on loan - what is the interest that they pay (Also, get the complete list of vehicles
that they are owning/operating)
(viii) if they own the property - try to find out the rent value of those property, i.e. how much can they rent
it out for?
(ix) Salary - Get a list of all their employees (Full time/part-time/whatever) get the salary paid for each one
of them (e.g. salesmen, drivers, godown keeper, watchmen, office peon, cleaners, etc.)
(x) What is the incentive scheme that they have for their salesmen, if possible get complete details of
incentives paid in our timeframe (from Sep'13 till now)( gifts or other things for employee)
(xi) Utility bills - power bill, water, internet, office supplies, and any other recurring expenses
(xii) Try to find out if they have any costly office equipment and when they bought it (e.g. computers,
printers, safety devices, etc.) and find out how much they spend on maintaining these as well
(xiii) Monthly fuel expenses
(xiv) What is the value of stock that they get in each shipment from the company?
(xv) How many weeks of inventory do they usually hold? ( stock maintained by distributor)
(xvi) How often do they get shipments from the company? ( how many times order in a month)
(xvii) Find out their payment cycle to the company - what mode, when do they pay, if cheque - when does
it get encashed by the company
(xviii) What is the maximum credit they can take from the company - and what is the repayment period for
this?
(xix) How do they get payments from the retailers/wholesalers who they sell to - what mode, when do they
get paid, if cheque - when do they encash it?
(xx)How much credit do they give to retailers/wholesalers - what duration? Get proper details of their key
accounts
(xxi) Do they pay any distributor capitation fee?- Fixed amount per person
(xxii) miscellaneous expenses, if any
