COMPROMISE DEED

The present compromise deed is entered between Mr----------------------------------------S/o----------------------------------------------------------R/o-------------------------------------(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS I PARTY)
AND
Mr-----------------------------------------S/o-------------------------------------------------------R/o---------------------------------------------------------------------------(HEREINAFTER
REFERRED TO AS II PARTY)

Whereas some disputes between the parties have cropped in due to which several bitter
and unwarranted acts have taken place which are now being regretted by both the parties
and both the parties have now decided to end their dispute with each other due to
intervention of some friends, relatives and senior persons of the locality. All the dispute
between the parties stands finally settled after due negotiations between the parties and
the present comprise is being entered between the parties accordingly on following terms
and conditions:

Both the parties have mutually agreed to the above terms and conditions of the
compromise deed and it is undertaken by both of them that no dispute survives
henceforth. The parties undertake to withdraw all the complaints against each other and
to appear and make statement before the authorities concerned including the police
authorities for withdrawal of the pending complaints.
The parties are also at liberty to file the present settlement before the said authorities.
The parties also undertake that they will abide by the terms of this settlement and shall
not violate any of the terms and conditions of the settlement. This settlement is the full

and final settlement between the parties and will be treated as a compromise deed in all
respects. No issue between the parties shall remain pending after the present settlement
and the parties shall cooperate with each other in all respects.
