1. OBJECTIVE
The objective of the practical led course with theoretical underpinnings is to develop
an awareness in the students of the skills required to be a management consultant
and to acquire conceptual knowledge in the area. This is achieved by making the
students undergo lecture sessions, meaningful role plays and simulations to help
them make meaningful decision making and project completion in the learning
environment of an IIM classroom before they step out in the corporate consulting
world.
2. LEARNING METHOD AND MATERIAL
Predominant method of instruction would be a combination of lectures, case
studies, role plays
